How a package runs

From drawing to handover

Six stages in the order they happen. Each one produces a document the next stage depends on.

01

Design and technical review

We review the consultant’s drawings against the actual load, flag clashes between services, and confirm the specification before anything is ordered.

02

Procurement and fabrication

Materials specified, sourced and inspected on arrival. Panels and ductwork fabricated to approved shop drawings.

03

Installation

Site teams working to the programme, with method statements and risk assessments issued before each activity starts.

04

Testing and commissioning

Every circuit tested, every system balanced, results recorded on sheets the client and consultant sign.

05

Handover and documentation

As-built drawings, O&M manuals, test certificates, warranty documents and training for the facilities team.

06

Planned maintenance

An optional maintenance contract that keeps the systems performing and the warranties intact after handover.

Due diligence

Compliance and registrations

Most tenders in Nigeria stall on paperwork rather than price. We keep the statutory pack current so a pre-qualification submission can go out the same week it is requested.
